Silicon Bronze TIG (GTAW) Welding Alloy



• 2.4mm x 918mm in a 4.53 KG box

• Silicon bronze alloy for welding base metals of steels and cast iron to copper, brass and bronze

• Used to weld galvanized steels

• Frequently used for TIG (GTAW) "braze-welding" of coated sheet steels

• Silicon bronze base metals generally do not require pre-heat

• Brass or copper base metals may require some pre-heat depending on copper content and thickness

• Use 100% Argon for shielding gas

• All position welding

• Marked with model number on each end for easy identification after use
